Get to know

In a non-binding interview, the candidate and Talent Advisor get to know each other and discuss which positions and companies the candidate would like to be considered for.

Motivation & Profile

In the course of more concrete career planning and real change intentions, a job-specific candidate profile is created. Which is then sent anonymously to potential employers.

Market research & network

If the candidate cannot be allocated to one of the open positions, we engage in a direct approach with suitable companies in and outside our network.

Match-Making

If the requirements of the candidate and the potential employer coincide, we bring both parties together and provide advice throughout the entire process.
