As a result, sourcing new employees in today's environment without  the necessary capacity and network, can easily become an overwhelming task.   3. In order to source candidates for executive positions and positions in top management, special skills are required - for this, "ROQA Executive" comes into question.

 

Since we prefer to work focused and hand in hand with our clients, we conduct (optionally) a basic onboarding workshop at the beginning of each partnership, in which we establish the common values, the needs and the basic framework of the cooperation. Regardless of which of the models you choose.

The advantage of a success-based collaboration for you is, that a placement commission is only due when a candidate signs an employment contract with you - giving you full flexibility. However, with this model, potential candidates may be approached several times by different recruiters, which in turn can lead to increased rejection.

ROQA Exclusive.
Exclusive mandate

Here the name is our program. With ROQA Exclusive, we exclusively handle the search for your desired candidate. Exclusivity allows full focus and prevents potential candidates from being approached multiple times for the same position. This increases awareness and greatly increases the chances of success.

Another plus point: our work only ends when you have hired your desired candidate.
